Partner WOD
4 rounds (each)-
50 m OH barbell carry
(while one partner works on calorie row)
Score is total calories  *then as team-
75 GHD situps
5 rope climbs (sub 10 pullups for each)
75 back extensions
*Only one person can work on movement at a time
