WOD 1-16-13

Today marks 10 years since my (Holly's) brother, Joe, was involved in a horrible car
accident that left him in a coma.  This workout was designed on the 8 year anniversary.
Wallballs are awful, but somehow, on this day.... I can always push myself to do one more.

  1. This is really inspiring, Holly. There is so much truth to that, and everything we do in Crossfit. We do it because there are people that can't, and because there are things in life that are much harder. Like the back of our WOD books say "Tough times don't last. Tough people do."

I never knew this tragedy about your brother and now that I know, it has made me realize even more that through all of life's hardships we ARE able to get through it, just as you, your brother and your family has.
