How to Get Started

So, you want to get started. Great! The first thing we need you to do is call, or stop by at one of the posted "WOD" times on our schedule page. Please show up a few minutes before so you can meet with a coach. You do not need to bring anything to workout in. We will give some paper work to fill out. The first step is enrolling in our CrossFit Foundations course. This small group course will introduce you to all the movements that you will be doing here at Mad City CrossFit. Once you have completed the CrossFit Foundations course you may then come to any of the classes of your choosing, and you may come as many times a day as you want. Give us a call today!
