*NOTE- OPEN GYM is on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS only. (Times may be changed from week to week)  NO 6:30 PM WOD on Tuesdays or Fridays. 


*CrossFit Kids- 
Meeting times for CFK will vary.  Please follow us on facebook to get updated announcements on CrossFit Kids Mini Camps, Summer Programs and other exciting things for the kiddos.

*CrossFit Teens- 
During the school year, we will no longer be doing specific teens classes.  We will integrate our teens into our adult classes.  If you have a teen interested in starting CF and has never done it with us before, please contact us so we can schedule their foundations/fundamentals appointments.


Saturday: 
8-11 am (Open Gym Style) 
- Bring a friend and let them try out Mad City CrossFit at no charge.
